"Lilypad Froppy" Water Charm

These water charms are sealed vinyl plastic pouches, cut into the shape of a lilypad and filled with glycerin solution so as not to dry out. Inside is a small PVC card piece that will float and move inside the charm, and you can shift around by pressing on the charm! Comes on a gold star clasp!
